Built around a platform of centralized management, it provides the client integral control of all disciplines related to the building process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-545\" src=\"https:\/\/bimworks.uk\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/GreenBIM_web.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bimworks currently implements Green-BIM through a program of Energy Optimization based on Integrated Processing Systems which improves multidisciplinary communication, making participation of a project\u2019s professionals more efficient.<\/p>\n<p>In order to determine the level of energy consumption of a building\u2019s systems, BIMworks develops analysis data through simulation software to obtain precise information about the distribution of energy, enabling the identification of potential weaknesses that allow the adoption of new design strategies to be implemented.<\/p>\n<p>The certification of said the analysis data can be done through various qualification systems. Currently, there are various institutions dedicated to certify the energy performance of buildings in all of their processes throughout the world, of which in Chile the most widely-used so far is the LEED certification. This system is promoted by Chile GBC, an established member of the World Green Building Council \u2013 an American non-profit organization whose main objective is to stimulate sustainable construction
