The Technical Field Inspection of Works (BIM ON SITE) is implemented through coordination between the Construction Company and the Digital Coordination Office, generating a collaborative workflow in which the correct execution is monitored on-site in real time, using the integrated information model to reveal and visualize any conflicts that may not have been detected in the project design process.

For an optimal implementation of BIM ON SITE, a work program based on periodic visits to the site must be drawn up, in which conflicts are reviewed and declared in order to later prepare information requirements sheets (RFI) which are then sent to be resolved by each area specialist.
