DIGITAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION
Our Digital Project Management is based on the implementation of a work methodology in which information flows into a 3D model of the project associated to a dynamic database, resulting in a more efficient coordination among Architects, Engineers, and other Specialists involved in the process of design and construction of a building.
BIM ON – SITE
The Technical Field Inspection of Works (BIM ON SITE) is implemented through coordination between the Construction Company and the Digital Coordination Office, generating a collaborative workflow in which the correct execution is monitored on-site in real time, using the integrated information model to reveal and visualize any conflicts that may not have been detected in the project design process.
INTEGRATED PROJECT DELIVERY (IPD)
Comprehensive Project Management is focused on the integration of professionals, systems, structures and commercial practices in the execution of a collaborative process that exploits the qualities and points of view of all participants, allowing the optimization of the project results, which can be seen directly reflected in increased profitability, cost reduction, and maximization of efficiency in all phases of the project.
GREEN BIM
In accordance with our commitment to protect the environment, our company has incorporated a new way of managing information into the development of BIM -Building Information Management- methodologies, by integrating a new sustainable and energy-efficient management blueprint into our project management ecosystem with Green-BIM.
