Data visualization

As part of our continuous improvement process, we have integrated the data visualization node service. Available in a simple, dynamic and interactive way through OpenBIM and PowerBI, the dashboards are customized according to the project’s needs and at the stage required, such as the validation (audit) of models, dynamic surface tables, construction progress reports, monitoring of systems or enclosures and cubication and cost reports.

DIGITAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION

Our Digital Project Management is based on the implementation of a work methodology in which information flows into a 3D model of the project associated to a dynamic database, resulting in a more efficient coordination among Architects, Engineers, and other Specialists involved in the process of design and construction of a building.

BIM On-site

The Technical Field Inspection of Works (BIM ON SITE) is implemented through coordination between the Construction Company and the Digital Coordination Office, generating a collaborative workflow in which the correct execution is monitored on-site in real time, using the integrated information model to reveal and visualize any conflicts that may not have been detected in the project design process.

CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE

The construction of a 4D Integrated Model allows the Clients and their teams of professionals to analyze the progress in the programming of a project through the visualization of a series of sequences of all the activities associated with the construction processes throughout the duration of a project.

GREEN BIM

In accordance with our commitment to protect the environment, our company has incorporated a new way of managing information into the development of BIM -Building Information Management- methodologies, by integrating a new sustainable and energy-efficient management blueprint into our project management ecosystem with Green-BIM.
